At PROSPERO TRUCK PART, we strive to provide high-quality truck parts and fast service. Due to the nature of our products and emergency roadside service, the following policy applies:

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Installed or used parts
• Electrical components
• Special order items
• Emergency roadside deliveries

Refunds

• Once the return is inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Defective or incorrect items may be exchanged at no additional cost.
